Times Are A Changing

I feel confident in my work, and then I don't. I guess that's how everyone feels, but it isn't always great to feel how everyone feels you know? I want to feel my own emotions unique to me, but I guess that probably isn't probable haha. Anyway! In January, I did a shoot with the lovely raven haired beauty, Lindsey Bickert. We were going for a "modernized shaman/wild woman meets high fashion" look. And I feel confident that I did!! Here's my favorite photo:

I would upload a lot more, but I'll probably save that for another time haha. In contrast, I did a shoot with my beautiful sun-bleached friend Keegan Cary a couple days ago. I wanted to something a little more feminine, as well as give it a slight edge. The weather was horrible when we were shooting on location, but all in all, I got a favorite shot when I decided it'd be better if we tried a little studio. It's really nothing special, but I'm in love with it none the less haha. Here you go:

In the coming weeks, I'm going to attempt to evolve my work. I want to keep feeling proud of every photo I take, even if it's on a gross rainy day like a couple days ago. One of my best friends, Nicole Mignault, will be coming down as well as my other best friend, Summer Maloy, to help me with shoots. I want to finally achieve something high fashion, and something that I can show an agency in NYC (since I'm going to FIT in the fall!!!!!!) and how them be like, "we want this kid, he has some kick ass potential" haha. But anyway, this little gay boy can dream, and he sure as hell dreams big. Excuse my less than eloquent rambling that doesn't even compare to other bloggers who can actually form a beautiful, poem like sentence haha. I know I'm not the best blogger who blogs all the time, but I'll try to post (even though no one really looks at my blog) whenever I feel I've created something beautiful. Always and forever, Daniel.
